What's On Information Sheets is a complemenatary service provided by Waverley Tennis to provide a display service for Member Clubs to advertise forthcoming Activities or Events.

Informaton Sheet Guidelines.

• The "What's On Information Sheet" is to advertise a Club Activity or Event.
  
• The "What's On Information Sheet" is to be limited to one page.
  
• The "What's On Information Sheet" is to be formated for presentation by the submitting club.
  
• Waverley Tennis will not undertake the formatting or presentation of the "What's On Information Sheet".
  
• The "What's On Information Sheet" to be displayed is to be submitted in a format that can be read by MS Word 2000.
  
• The "What's On Information Sheet" is to have an expiry date (i.e. date of activity or event).
  
• The "What's On Information Sheet" submitted file size is not to exceed 100kb.
  

Terms and Conditions.

• Submission of a "What's On Information Sheet" for display on the Waverley Tennis website is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the above Information Sheet Guidelines.
  
• Submission of a "What's On Information Sheet" is to be from a club office bearer, preferably the Club Secretary.
  
• This service is limited to occasional "What's On Information Sheet" submissions by any single club.
  
• Clubs affiliated with Waverley Tennis may request a "What's On Information Sheet" to be displayed on the Waverley Tennis website.
  
• Waverley Tennis is under no obligation to display any "What's On Information Sheet" submitted and may refuse to display or may withdraw a 'What's On Information Sheet' at any time and shall not be obliged to offer any reason for its action.
  
• Displaying of a "What's On Information Sheet" is not to be construed as an endorsement of its contents by Waverley Tennis.
  
• The statements and opinions of the contents of a "What's On Information Sheet" are those of the submitting organization and are not to be construed to be those of the management of Waverley Tennis
  
• Waverley Tennis will not be responsible for any change in apprearance of the information.
  
• The preformatted "What's On Information Sheet" Formated information is to be submitted to the Waverley Tennis Webmaster.
  
• Waverley Tennis may make some editoral changes to a "What's On Information Sheet".
  
• A "What's On Information Sheet" placed on the website shall be in PDF format.
  
• Waverley Tennis will attempt to load the "What's On Information Sheet" to their website in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a timeframe.
  
• The uploading of any "What's On Information Sheet" is dependent on the availability of the webmaster to do the processing.
  
• The submitting club accepts full responsibility for the content and any actions arising from the content of the "What's On Information Sheet".
  
• Neither Waverley Tennis nor their Webmaster shall not be liable for any damage or inconvenience caused by computer viruses, malicious code or problems caused by the "What's On Information Sheet".
  
• The submitting club indemnifies Waverley Tennis and their Webmaster against any claims for public liability, negligence or misuse arising from the submitted "What's On Information Sheet" displayed on the website.
