WINTER  2020  Weekend Competition Entry Forms

Entries close Tuesday 10^th MARCH 2020

(Late entries may be accepted, but may not able to be placed as requested, and will incur a $10 fine if accepted.)

To use the entry forms below you need to save them to your computer.
RIGHT click on the required form and then, depending on your browser,
either "Save Target As" or "Save Link As"

These forms need Acrobat Reader DC to work. The built-in PDF readers supplied with both Windows and Apple computers are not able to utilise the features of the entry forms.
Installation instructions for Acrobat Reader DC can also be downloaded.

The entry forms now include a section to allow a club to amend the number of handbooks supplied. The following are screenshots that will appear if you wish to make an amendment.
If the "Yes" button is clicked first, the form continues onto the second page of the Summary.
