COMPETITION ENTRIES - ONLINE

Entries open: Wednesday 20^th AUGUST 2025

Entries close: Monday 1^st SEPTEMBER 2025

Please note:

• The entry window in TROLS to enter teams closes at 23:59 on Monday 1^st September.
• Teams that are not entered by closing date will not be accepted.
• Entries will only be accepted via TROLS.  No teams will be accepted via email for weekend competition.
• All special draw requests, such as teams at home on the same day, need to be included in the “Team Notes” section when adding a team and should be included for each impacted team.
  In the below sample, the Team Notes referencing the other teams would also need to be added to both the Boys A Reserve 1 Rubbers and Open D Special 1 Triples Team Notes.
  Teams playing at home together requests will not be accepted via email and are only actioned on best endeavours.
  
• No entries will be accepted for clubs with outstanding unpaid invoices.
