Meetings dates for 2024
- Thursday 8th August 2024 - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING *
- Tuesday 8th October 2024 - Match Convenors Meeting **
*Attendance is compulsory for all Member clubs
**Attendance is compulsory for all Affiliated clubs who are fielding Junior and Senior teams in the upcoming Season.
Note: Clubs will incur $50 fine (per meeting) for non-attendance.
2024 Waverley Tennis AGM
The Waverley Tennis Annual General Meeting 2024 will be held on Thursday 8 August 2024 at Nottinghill PInewood Tennis Club.
Nominations for the Committee of Management and the Junior Committee are invited from persons wishing to assist with the running of Waverley Tennis for the 2024-25 Association Year.

A special resolution will be presented at the AGM:
“That the Rules of the Association be altered by replacing the current Rules of the Association with the proposed new Rules provided to members on 18 July 2024 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024.”
