Club Zone is a part of TROLS (Tennis Results On-Line System), and is an online database designed to provide competition information, results, and contact information for both Club and Association officials.

• Maintain contact details (phone and email address) of Club officials, e.g.,
  • President,
  • Treasurer,
  • Secretary,
  • Competition Convenors,
  • Coach
• Enter match results for all Waverley Tennis competitions
• The Club and Contact information provided in Club Zone populates the fixtures sheet that other Club Convenors use for contacting your Club regarding any team-related issues.
• Check teams and player statistics
• Enter teams for the forthcoming season

• Extract specific Club official contact details so as to send emails relating to competitions, meeting dates and other information
• The information provided on the fixtures (location & contact details) for each club each season, is taken from the data provided in Club Zone.

To enter Club Zone you will need a “user id” and “password”. Your Club or Waverley Tennis personnel (with Club permission) can provide these.

If you have forgotten your login and password or have never been assigned one, ask your Club personnel to reset your password and advise you of the update.

If no-one at your Club has access to Club Zone please ask your Secretary or President to contact Ian Chanter at trophies [at] waverleytennis.asn.au and a login and password will be organised for you.

Each Club maintains their own details in Club Zone. It is advisable for each Club to have a nominated individual that does the maintenance, this could be the Club Secretary.
